Why Calledger?
Distrust and opaqueness can be an overarching theme for customers in regards to the relationship they have with companies - it can be difficult for enterprises to show they are different.
To lead in transparency and accountability is now more than ever an absolute necessity, in order to earn - and keep - the trust of your customers.
Calledger provides your company with a trust layer to immutably log in- and outbound calls on the decentralised ledger Hedera.

Calledger
How it works
A customer calls your callcenter. The moment he/she gets connected, a hashed version of the call metadata is sent as a memo to the Hedera Consensus Service - an Distributed Public Ledger.
The customer can note the transaction ID of this log, or receives it via message after the call. This unique ID can be verified in perpetuity through an online explorer, like hashscan.io
If for any reason the customer or you need to proof there has been a call, they can use their transaction ID to show it. The hash in the memo field, will correspond to the metadata of the caller.
